Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026. LTD VVV uses only the data needed to operate the website, process project requests, protect private tools, and keep public project information accurate.
Who controls the data
LTD VVV is responsible for data processed through this website, contact forms, public project pages, and private administrative tools. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@zaovvv.com.
Data we collect
We may process contact details, messenger handles, project descriptions, Roblox links, message content, browser metadata, IP-derived security signals, submission time, account email, hashed passwords, role data, invite status, and administrative audit records.
Roblox project data
Public project pages may use universe ids, place ids, thumbnails, visits, CCU, and other public metrics from Roblox APIs. Those values can be cached, delayed, corrected, or overridden by authorized operators.
Why we use data
Data is used to answer requests, evaluate projects, operate games and developer listings, secure access, prevent abuse, verify account ownership, maintain logs, measure service performance, and comply with legal obligations where applicable.
Cookies and sessions
The public site can function without advertising cookies. Private tools use secure session cookies and technical storage required for authentication, captcha, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Sharing
We may share limited data with infrastructure, database, email, analytics, security, and hosting providers that help operate the service. We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, or a valid security investigation.
Retention
Contact requests are kept while a business conversation is active and then archived or deleted when no longer needed. Security logs, account records, and audit trails may be retained longer to protect the service and prove administrative actions.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
Passwords are hashed, invite and verification tokens are stored as hashes, private APIs require authenticated roles, and sensitive server secrets are not exposed to the browser. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Updates
We may update this policy when the website, internal tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the current published version.
